Product returns
Zgodnie z art. 27 ustawy o prawach konsumenta (implementacja Dyrektywy UE 2011/83) masz prawo odstąpić od umowy zawartej na odległość w terminie 14 dni od daty odbioru towaru, bez podania przyczyny, pod warunkiem że:
- The product has not been mounted on a rim
- The product has not been used
- The product is not damaged
- The product's appearance has not substantially changed
Important: Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

How to return a product?
- Contact us by email: [email protected]
- Specify the product, quantity and order number
- We will provide return instructions
- Money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned product
Warranty
All our products are covered by a quality warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty does not cover
- Tyre tread wear
- Mechanical damage
- Use with incorrect rim size/type or defective rim
- Incorrect tyre pressure
- Improper mounting
- Defective vehicle suspension
Tyre care recommendations
- Regularly balance tyres
- Check tyre pressure at least every 14 days
- Perform regular tyre rotation according to manufacturer recommendations
- Replace valves when mounting new tyres
- Re-balance tyres after approximately 1000 km with newly mounted tyres
