Wszystkie zamówienia wysyłane są z naszego magazynu w Panevėžys (Litwa) przez kuriera do wskazanego adresu w Polsce. Standardowy czas dostawy: 3–5 dni roboczych. Klient nie ponosi dodatkowych opłat celnych ani VAT — wysyłka odbywa się w ramach jednolitego rynku Unii Europejskiej, a wszystkie ceny zawierają polski VAT (23%).

- During peak season (October 20 - November 20), delivery times may be longer due to high demand.
- If the product is ordered from the supplier's warehouse, the preliminary delivery time is indicated next to the product.
- No delivery on public holidays. Delivery times are extended accordingly.
- Carry-up service is not provided.
Receiving the shipment
When receiving the shipment, please inspect it for damage. If you notice any defects or discrepancies:

- Ask the courier to document the damage
- Take photos of the packaging and/or product
