MARSHAL I'ZEN KW31 is a Nordic-type studless winter tire for passenger cars, built around a directional tread pattern for confident winter control. Its deep, aggressive directional tread supports traction and braking on snow and ice, while high-density "sawblade" sipes help enhance grip on wet and icy surfaces. A cold-focused compound helps maintain flexibility in low temperatures, and angled grooves/open shoulders assist with water evacuation to reduce hydroplaning risk.

The EU Tyre Label provides standardized information about fuel efficiency, wet grip, and external rolling noise of tyres.
- Fuel efficiency – rated A (best) to E (worst). Better rated tyres reduce fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions.
- Wet grip – rated A (best) to E (worst). Better wet grip means shorter braking distance on wet roads.
- Noise level – external rolling noise in decibels (dB). Class A is quietest, C is loudest.
